Meet Sarah, the strength, movement and mobility coach
Sarah loves to explore and redefine her boundaries as a mover and a human being. From strength training, to gymnastics, yoga, calisthenics, and mobility training, her movement practice and teaching is inspired by a wide range of methodologies. As a practitioner of mindful movement, Sarah challenges her clients to navigate their own boundaries through patterns that are functional, purposeful and sustainable. Her curiosity, creativity, and attention to detail translates from her own training practices and research, into her passion for coaching and working with others. Sarah doesn’t take herself too seriously, but she's serious about her work in meeting people where they are at, while empowering and inspiring positive change from the inside out.
